Description
The pre-project survey is a mandatory step before the industrial implementation of the 'AI Technologist' system. Based on the survey results, a technical specification, target architecture of the solution, and an accurate cost estimate for implementation are formed.
The survey is conducted by a team of analysts and engineers in collaboration with key specialists from the client: technologists, IT service, and production managers.
Duration: from 2 to 4 weeks (depends on the scale of the enterprise and the number of production sites)
What is included
1. Audit of current business processes
- Study of the existing technological preparation process
- Identification of decision-making points and areas of responsibility
- Analysis of the current workload on technologists and standardizers
- Assessment of the volume and nomenclature of processed drawings
- Identification of bottlenecks and time losses
2. Work with key specialists
- Interviews with technologists and standardizers
- Interviews with IT specialists and system administrators
- Interviews with heads of production departments
- Collection of requirements and expectations from the system
3. Data and systems analysis
- Determination of design documentation formats (drawings, specifications)
- Inventory of used systems (1C, PDM/PLM, CAD, etc.)
- Preliminary analysis of accounting and related systems
- Assessment of the quality and completeness of regulatory and reference information
- Analysis of historical data on routes and standardization
4. IT infrastructure analysis
- Assessment of server capacities for system deployment
- Analysis of network infrastructure
- Assessment of readiness for integration with 1C (when choosing Professional/Enterprise versions)
- Determination of hardware requirements
5. Formation of target architecture
- Design of the target interaction scheme of AI Technologist with existing systems
- Definition of the composition of modules and system configuration
- Recommendation on the choice of product version (Basic, Standard, Professional, Enterprise)
- Definition of implementation stages
6. Preparation and approval of technical specifications
- Formation of functional requirements
- Description of system usage scenarios
- Definition of acceptance criteria
- Approval of technical specifications with the client
7. Cost estimation for implementation
- Formation of a detailed work plan for implementation
- Assessment of labor intensity and timelines for each stage
- Calculation of the total cost of industrial implementation
- Formation of a commercial proposal
Survey Results
As a result of the pre-project survey, the client receives:
- Survey Results Report — description of the current state of processes, identified problems, and recommendations
- Target Architecture of the Solution — interaction scheme of AI Technologist with the enterprise systems
- Technical Specification for Implementation — approved document with functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Recommendation on Product Version — justification for the choice of the optimal version
