AI Estimator
AI Estimator is a virtual assistant for contractors that automatically compiles a commercial proposal in the form of an XLSX estimate based on the submitted project (HVAC, chimneys, installation of engineering systems). The service analyzes the project sections, allows the contractor to select only their relevant sections with checkmarks, and compiles the estimate accordingly: filtering materials, generating installation works, and applying prices from price lists.
Features
- Section Analysis — after uploading the project PDF, the service displays checkboxes for the detected sections (Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Chimneys, Heating, etc.).
- Checkbox Filtering — only items from the selected sections are included in the estimate. The contractor's profile is not hardcoded — each user decides what to include.
- Work Generation — automatically adds standard installation works to the estimate.
- Price Matching — matches items with price lists for goods and services (PDF/XLSX/CSV). If a price list is not available, it leaves the prices empty with a ready formula
